Indian Equity Market will be Very Volatile for Few Weeks - Why?

For the last many sessions, the volatility index of Indian stock market is high. The zig zag movement trapped F&O trader. Most of us believed that it's because of Geo political reasons as well as drying out of funds from market due to demonetization of 500 & 1000 notes.

In my point of view, the volatility will remain there for next few weeks as fund managers of high net worth investor might be facing cash crunch. Many retail investors must be exiting the market especially having their own business on cash level. All those need cash to fill the gap which span for their business to margin loss to safeguard their investment to business.

We may see good stock nose diving till FII jump in and start accumulating those companies shares.

Currently cash is king and one need to sit with it to snap good companies share at affordable entry point. Please invest with long term view to achieve the maximum gain to recover some of the losses some of you must have incurred due to ongoing financial reform in India.
